To join the ELINCLUS cluster a request is sent to the Cluster Coordination Committee (CCC), they analyzes the request and after is established a meeting with a representative of the company in order to identify the common interest.
After this meeting, CCC approve or not the request to join the Cluster ELINCLUS.
