Founded in 1991, Elref is one of the service providers and supplies equipment for the IT & C industry in Romania after 24 years. This year, Elref managed to fully satisfy its customers, having a positive balance sheet every year. The company’s competencies include designing, providing and deploying IT infrastructures, low cost peripheral equipment maintenance solutions, and on-demand software development. Elref provides maintenance of PC networks and office equipment on a subscription or custom basis. Elref has developed specialized applications for cement companies in Romania. Elref is willing to collaborate with specialized firms or other industry sectors to develop a complete service infrastructure (technical endowments, full administrative / logistic services necessary for the operation of any company), by incubating new firms in collaboration with UPB or other institutions higher technical education.
